About me and my approach
Ventura County has been my home for over 35 years. During that time I received my Master’s degree at the extension site of California State University, Northridge, worked at various places including Vista Del Mar Hospital, and started my private practice. I have served on the board of the Ventura County chapter of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapist as President. I am a member of Resolve and American Society for Reproductive Medicine. I have spoken locally and international.
I enjoy encouraging and supporting my family in their education, extracurricular activities, and friendships. When I’m not in the office, you can find me staying active by practicing yoga, hiking, running, swimming, or dancing.
Therapy is an individual experience that varies on so many levels, and my goal is to provide the flexibility and support that you need in your life. Sessions can be long-term or short-term, weekly or monthly, and can address issues that you have been faced with or are currently dealing with.
One of my goals is to make sure that people find their right therapist, and I am more than happy to schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if I fit your needs.
